All our Philips Televisions are '16 day No Fault customer returns', they are sent back via the big stores for reasons such as Damaged box or the original customer bought the wrong size/spec of TV. We test and inspect them to ensure they are Brand New in Condition, then they go back in their boxes with all the accessories.

We back this up with a 12 month warranty and the option to increase that to 5 years, something that we would not do if we were not 100% sure of the quality of the product we supply.

You also have a 7 day cooling of period if you wish to change your mind about your purchase!
